That pretty much covers it
So, make sure you have like a clean base to start on, so if your skin is really blotchy make sure you use foundation. i mean you don't HAVE to, but its good if you do.

Next, take a black liner (or brown) and use it just to outline all of your eye.

Now, if you go to sephora, they have this super cute makeup collection called ';Make Up Forever'; and they have super vibrant colours, that ACTUALLY stay vibrant on your skin.

So, if you use that all over your eyelids, and a tiny bit below, you tend to end up with really gorgeous wild make up.

Also, they have sparkles, which always makes me supper happy!

Wif love, dahling.

i think its all about the lashes this site has awesome ones:

fake eyelashes are a must. then, put bright sparkly link allaround your eyes, with a thin black eyeliner
First off u need really long fake lashes like the ones from MAC.

Try really dark eyeliner and bright eyeshadows like in ur pictures. U need a good base for ur eyes so that the eyeshadow could blend better. MAC has many bright eyeshadows like turquois bright pink, yellow etc. And use alot of glitter on your eyes =]
