i have light blue eyes and what makes the look really pretty is when you wear black eyeliner (and mascara) and any shade from light blue-dark blue


or a turqouis/blue eyeliner and silver eyeshadow





anytime i do that i get alot of complements on my eyes
To make Turqoise POP you should wear a goldish brown eyeshadow as midtone and darker brown as contour on the outer side of your eyelids.
gold for sure! and maybe some bronzy browns as well :)

a nice light brown would accent it, perhaps some gold/glittery for a funner occasion but don't over do it.
Light blue, violet-blue, and lighter shades of brown.
Add a litte of white sparkly eyeshadow and then on top reaaaal light blue :)
