uhh...silvery or white eyeshadow. that's pretty much it.
a light eyeliner like silver or gold. Gold looks brilliant in summer with a tan :)

they use silver eyeliner and eyeshadow. i use silver eyeline becuse my eyes are blue/green/grey (they change depending on the season and the color im wearing) and i have blonde hair so black eyeliner is too heavy for me. silver brightens my eyes and makes me look way more awake then i actuall am
just white eyeshadow.

Its just eyeshadow - any metallic or pearly colour will have the same effect by reflecting the light.
