all you need to replicate that look is black mascara, liner, and shadow. line your very inner rims with a soft black liner (i adore bourjouis kohl liner!) and then sort of dot black powder eye shadow over that (it sets it so it doesn't smudge). then add lots of mascara (you may want some fake lashes) and you're done!Is there a bigger and clearer picture of this vintage eye makeup for prom?
This site has a step by step guide and the makeup looks similar to the one in your link.

well, in that picture, the type of makeup you would only need is some porcelin powder, black eyeliner, and black mascara. but about the picture, then i don't know. /: sorry
You're probably going to need fake eyelashes to replicate that look, and you don't necessarily have to use black eyeliner; the dark color seems more like a navy or dark purple than a black.
actually that isn't vintage ...nothing about it. thats why tyou can't find a bigger pic of it, cause you're searching vitage.vintage is audrey hepburn .
Try google images search 1940s eye makeup or whatever era you're looking for
It's just a smoky liner. Put a thin liner all the way around (in the waterlines and between the lashes: look up tightliner if you're confused on that one), and gently smudge it out.
