What Eye Makeup Should I Use (Picture)??

I haven't had much practice with eye makeup. Could anyone recommend colors and styles that would look good with my eye color, eye shape, and skin color? I have a hard time because usually if I use most shadows or eye liner my eyes look small and round. If you can't tell from the picture I have dark blonde hair. Any semi-cheap products you recommend? Any help would be much appreciated :)

I would use brown eyeshadows with a white shimmer underneath. It will bring out your eyes. You can buy it at any drug store. My favorite is Loreal. Avoid eye liner for nowWhat Eye Makeup Should I Use (Picture)??
Well from the pic your eyes look blue(sorry if I'm wrong ym comp. isn't the best) But to make blue eyes pop use brown shadow.There is also a collection that has shadows matched for certain eye colors look for it in a drugstore. Makeup there is generally cheap.
Maybe some type of light blue or a misty grey or silver. Pretty eyes- go to any CVS or Walgreens and they will have the makeup section, its all cheap and actually works well. :)
