Eye makeup like this picture?

I really want to be able to do eyeliner like this, how do I do it?

Is it possible with pencil eyeliner because I am so useless with liquid!Eye makeup like this picture?
You can't really do the cat eyes with pencil eyeliner, but you can give it a try if you'd like. See, liquid is best because it gives you that sharp line and that slick deep black color. You just have to keep a steady hand.





Start at the corner of your eye and then go outwards 'til you reach the end of your lashes. Then curve the end upwards to the curvy-ness that suits you.





If you can't seem to get it straight, dab it on instead of one straight line. It'll usually come out looking pretty similar.Eye makeup like this picture?
you can do it with a pencil, but it may smudge, I suggest trying the cream or gel eyeliners, or using a bigger brush with the liquid. Don't give up on the liquid because it's going to last longer, and it's true the more you practice, the better you get at it.
No i think you have to use liquid sorry.
You just draw it with a curve at the end, eye pencil does work, but liquid is better because it actually sticks to you, pencil will eventually fade away.
you can do it with pencil but it will not look at good, or as dark, nor will it stay as long as the liquid. How to do it? You really just free hand it and trace it on your eyes there isn't a special way we could say to draw it on.

Yes it is possible as i do it because i have the same problem as you with the liquid! It doesn't look as sleek, as the liquid liner effect is really great. But if you choose a great pencil then it can look really nice.





I would suggest practising with the liquid and make sure you have a decent one, or ask a friend to help you out!

but if you not to good wth liquid eyeliner then id advise you to use what i use, which is a mini jar with dryed eyeliner inside and a brush, i bought mine for £4 from avon, and it really is the best thing ive ever bought, when i say its dry its like squished together, if you touch it it is dry, but when you move the end of the small brush on it, it seems to pick some up, and then you can just sweep it along your eyelid, and it's not as messy as liquid eyeliner.

I do it with pencil liner


anyway you can try this -


Stretch your eyelid and then sweep straight across above the lash line


go over a few times and add a flick to the outer eye

yes it is possible with a pencil.make sure the pencil is well sharpened.and stay as close to the eyelid otherwise the line will be too thick.i would recomend using liquid eyeliner.MAC gel eyeliner is very good i find.you need a slanted eye brush to put it on though...it's very good!and is easier to apply!
take ur time, have the mirror so you are looking down on it slightly, if you are truely bad with eyeliner do it in dots near the eyelashes and join them up
What that might be, instead of liquid eyeliner, is high pigment eyeshadow, since it is covering a lot of her eye. It feels kind of like mud and does have HIGH pigments (color), as you can see. Try looking into Sephoria, because I saw some in their store. Hope I helped!

No - with that dramatic look you really do need to use liquid.

It has to be liquid. Also if you want to spend a little more money use MAC Fluidline, but then you need to buy their angle brush. The brush makes it easier to apply and the fluidline is a little more forgiving when applied.
it's definitely possible with pencil eyeliner. just make sure you get a good one that goes on easily. i like sephora's eyeliner. it goes on dark and smooth, perfect!





just draw the cat eye shape up to how high you want it on your eye, and fill it in underneath. don't forget to get underneath your lashes, and wear black mascara to finish the look.
its possible, but the lines would be less precise and less noticeable. Liquid is easy, just get one with a fine nib. Mines from Collection 2000. Think it cost about £1.99 but its perfect! Does the job! When your doing it take your time and pull your eye from the side (chinese looking) and do it like that!

First, Paramore sucks. I mean, really. Don't give me the ';opinion'; spiel, either. It's just bad music for kids.





Second, that's definitely liquid. Clinique makes a great liquid liner in a metal case for about $17, or if that's too expensive (or hard to find, which it is; I ONLY have seen it in Macy's), Revlon's $7 liquid eyeliner is very good also - doesn't crack or fade like cheaper brands.





Just do a line about a millimeter thick all down the top eyelid, and swoop it up a little at the crease.

i used have same problem i bought this eyeliner (above) and i have to say is best think ever!!the lines are so straight,so perfect!!! why because is soft and colorful.try it,and u wont regret it :)
it looks like she just has realy long fake eyelashes. and then just any type or eyeliner on her eyelid

TRY THE MAC LIQUID EYELINER ITS SPUNGY AND A LOT OF Q-TIPS SINCE U DONT KNOW HOW TO APPLY IT. DONT BLINK AND U SHOULD BE FINE
i did that with eyepencil! it looked good when i did it and im helpless with makeup so you should be able to! (just make sure it is even or close or else it looks really bad.!)

yes, that look is possible with the use of pencil eyeliner. Actually eye liner would be the only would that would work properly. just don't over sharpen it and make a thicker line...experiement before you wear it anywhere.
You really need a liquid to get those lines. I recommend a felt tip liquid eyeliner pen. They sell them in most places, but if you go to a Macy's you will find some there.





Other than that, it just takes a lot of practice!
i know evryove is sayin no, but you can, you need a really expencive eyeliner because its easier to blend so you dont get lines and un eavenness, make sure the pencil is sharp for when you do the flick.
