well, i guess you have the idea there with the wing tipped liner, but i'd make the line thinner. also, i think you should use a gold or beige eyeshadow because they're very flattering, and blend upwards...having your lid one colour all the way to your brown bone with make your eyes pop out..and if you want to give your lids some depth, use a darker colour to blend your crease..you can choose whatever colour you'd like or follow a palette if you have one. also, line your waterline with white liner, ESPECIALLY NEAR YOUR TEAR DUCT TO AWAKEN YOUR EYES..also white liner will give your eyes a certain shine... do your lower lashline with black and your eyes will look bigger and more defined. finish with mascara.

Your eyes are lovely. Maybe a rimless eyeglass?

Line eyes as close to the upper lashes as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner. Follow with liner on bottom eyes, but only line from the middle of the eye out. Smudge the bottom line with a Q-tip or your finger. You don't want a prominent line. For a smokey eye, use a brush to pat in a dark eyeshadow along the upper lid and below the lid. You don't want a stark line, instead you want to blend it so it's 'smudge-y.'
use some white shimmery eyeshadow in the inner part of your eyes, where your eyes meet your nose, also this same eyeshadow in the brow bone, right underneath the arch of your eyebrow and blend it out.

Also do some soft brown eyeliner on your top lid close to the eyelash and smudge with your fingers...

This two things seem simple but they give you an awake look..

Also never forget dark brown or black mascara.
Line your lashline with a soft black eyeliner. Then use an eyelash curler to curl your eyelashes. Use a soft black mascara on your upper lashes (and lower lashes IF the mascara doesn't smudge) Then use either a champagne eye shadow or a light purple eye shadow. (Champagne will look sweet and purple will bring out your brown hair)

I hope this works :)
Try a smokey eyeshadow look that will really compliment your eye shape. Go on youtube and type in '; smokey eye makeup tutorial'; this will help you a lot with the makeup technique.
Use a light shimmer eyeshadow just on the lid. With black eye liner and mascara. A smokey eye always makes eyes stand out too.

If possible you should look into contacts so your eyes can stand out more.
Try a smokey eye, with light pink lip gloss!
