Any random skin, hair, or beauty tips?

For anything.Any random skin, hair, or beauty tips?
Oil Cleansing Method (OCM), washes strip away natural oils which actually causes skin to produce more oil which clogs pores while at the same time dehydrates your skin, where as OCM used daily keeps skin healthy and spot-free, you mix half extra virgin olive oil to moisturize and half castor oil to cleanse, then massage into face, cover with a hot face cloth for a minute to open pores, then wipe off http://www.moogoo.com.au/category13_1.ht鈥?/a>

Dump shampoo! shampoo as it is nothing more than perfumed detergent to clean dirt out of hair, but it's very harsh and strips natural oils that make your hair shiny, soft and strong, so your hair instead becomes dull, weak and damaged 鈥?thus why you have conditioner to replenish natural oils shampoo strips away. Many shampoos contain harmful ingredients like mineral oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and other ingredients that can cause damage. If you stop using shampoo your hair will be much healthier, stronger, shiny, easier to manage, will grow faster and it won't get greasy as when using shampoo your scalp overcompensates by creating more oils to replace what shampoo stripped away thus causing greasyness. You still wash your hair but instead either use conditioner-only/curly girl method or the no-poo method. I use conditioner-only which is basically using just conditioner to wash your hair with, conditioners contain mild surfactants so clean but without stripping your hair of natural oils as shampoo does, totally amazing results straight away. No-poo is washing with one tablespoon baking soda in a cup of warm water, apply to roots working it in and let sit to clean and stimulate blood flow, then rinse with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to one cup water. Hair will be healthier, stronger, shiny, easier to manage, grows faster and won't get greasy http://babyslime.livejournal.com/174054.鈥?/a> %26amp; http://www.wikihow.com/Follow-the-Curly-鈥?/a>

Don't use anything on your skin that you wouldn't put in your mouth, seriously, many toiletries contain chemicals that aren't good for you, plus it's cheap and fun to make your own. There are loads of books and sites like Make Your Own Cosmetics http://www.makeyourcosmetics.com and Pioneer Thinking http://www.pioneerthinking.com full of simple recipies and useful information, facemasks are especially good.

Use hair conditioner for shaving legs, soap up first to get a good foam and then add hair conditioner, thus makes something similar to shaving foam only far cheaper, thicker, gives a smoother shave and conditions your skin - all you need is cheap conditioner, as long as it's a good thickness it works fantastically well to totally prevent razor rash even if you shave daily.

Dye lashes rather than use mascara, it's semi-perminent, easy and cheap, but the big benefit is that you don't have mascara running giving you black eyes half way through the day, just use eyelash curlers and a little oil on the lashes to make them stand out a little more.

For puffy eyes keep two teaspoons in a freezer, pop them onto eyes in the morning as the cooling reduces puffyness. Witch hazel gel or hemeroid cream (common model tip) helps too.

Always carry lip balm to prevent cracking, if you do get cracked lips use a little oil on them and then rub gentley with a wet cloth to exfoliate, then use oil overnight as lip conditioner.

Use olive oil as a moisturiser for your body, it's far more effective than body lotion or baby oil, leaves your skin glowing and is known to help prevent aging, plus add a little scented oil and you'll smell lovely all day.

Never use vasaline on your skin or hair - it's a mineral oil, a byproduct of crude oil production, it's basically waste material that they package to sell on. All it does is sit on the surface of your skin, collecting dirt and bacteria, clogging up pores and on hair adding to damage that eventually leads to breakage.

Massage your scalp before washing your hair, this stimulates your scalp keeping hair healthy and improves growth too, use oil such as almond oil with rosemarry which stimulates growth.

Eat a healthy diet (no eating junk or dieting), take mulitvitamins, use sunscreen, get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water, excersise regularly, de-stress and balance hormones.

Accept how you look; dress, groom and use make-up that flatters your shape and colouring, get caught up with how you look and you can't do this, plus your confidence also suffers.

Use Odaban which is an antipersperant that actually stops you from sweating wherever it's used, this means that you won't get nasty ugly sweat stains and you'll also not smell bad either.

Use tinted moisturiser rather than foundation, it's much better for your skin, let's it breath, and looks natural, then use mineral powder foundation to set which is also better for skin.

Dress-up, even if you're on your own at home making that effort and appreciating what you see in the mirror will buid your confidence thus it will make you all the more attractive.

Sleep on silk or satin pillows, it improves hairs shine by smoothing hair rather than snagging it as you move in your sleep, it also means fewer pillow lines on your face in the morning.

Exfoliate, but avoid sharp aprocot kernals which can damage skin, leading to spots. Try cosmetic vinegar or exfoliating sponge, exfoliation also improves effectivness of skin treatments.

Invest in laser hair removal if you can, it's expensive at first but saves money in the long-run and you can always sell it on ebay, permanent hair-removal is surely better than razor rash.

Natural look is best, but you can get still fake it as long as you do it well, use tinted moisturiser rather than tanning beds, and don't be scared of using fake lashes or hair extentions.

Buy vitamin E capsules, take daily to help improve skin and hair, you don't need those overpriced hair %26amp; nail vitamins. You can also break the capsules to add vitamin E to your lotions etc.

Don't smoke, sure everyone says it but it is so true that smoking not only ages you but also causes all sorts of other skin problems. Tip; if you smoke the best method to quit is Easyway.Any random skin, hair, or beauty tips?
Okay well for my hair i use Pantene Ice Shine conditioner and it makes my hair soft and shiny and i switch shampoos because hair doesnt like sticking to one shampoo.

For my skin i always use Babor products because i have sensitive skin and its extremely good for your skin so i suggest you research their products and find one that sounds like it'll be good for your skin and it might be expensive but well worth it.

For my make up i use Bare Minerals powder foundation that makes your skin look very smooth. Sometimes i get a pimple here and there so to cover that i use Urban Decay concealing stick. it works really well when you apply it then tap the spot that you're concealing with your finger gently to blend in the color and i've also found that it's pretty much water proof so its great for when you're enjoying summer! for eye makeup i use H.I.P. eyeliner by Loreal and that goes on perfectly.

As for tips on preventing pimples i suggest not touching your face, cleaning sunglasses and regular glasses frequently, washing your face twice a day with Babor face wash (circular motions and no scrubbing), not popping zits even though it's tempting, taking makeup off before bed so oil doesn't stay on your face, keeping your hair clean so oils don't get into the skin, and protect your skin from the sun.

If you want to get a tan you can buy artificial tanning spray from a lot of common stores like Boscov's. The spray i use is Lancome Flash Bronzer Airbrush and i love it plus it's wrinkle and cancer free!

Hope this helps! enjoy being pretty ;D
For silky hair or to get rid of a bad dye job: ( do not attempt if you actually like your dye)

Run olive oil through from the roots to the ends put your hair in a shower cap and sleep with on ( use old pillowcases and sheets) shampoo it out in the morning it might take three or more washed to get all the oil out skip the conditioner you don't need it

For getting rid of brassy hues in your hair mix purple kool aid in your shampoo and use it.

Mix olive oil and brown sugar together to make a wonderful exfoliatior for your face and body regular use of it on new strech marks to diminish appearance

For whiter teeth use a strawberry and rub it on your teeth it will make stains from coffee off make sure to brush your teeth after because if you do this without brushing your teeth it could cause tooth decay

Exfloate your lips with a wet wash cloth then put lip balm on to get super soft lips if you don't have any lip balm a drop of milk actually works!!!
Use full strength or diluted with water as a facial toner to prevent acne, clogged pores and to balance the skin pH.
Don't ever use nair products!

does that count as a tip?
