To do your makeup like the picture that you have provided, all you need is a few things. Get: neon(bright) green eye shadow(covergirl or hot topic brand), white eyeshadow, brown eyeshadow, brown eyeliner, black mascara, and a ';Crease brush';(it will be slanted, not straight across.) You can get these things at CVS, Walmart, or if you cant find the green eyeshadow at one of these stores you may want to go to M.A.C or hot topic. Now on to the makeup directions. 1st apply the green eyeshadow to your entire eyelid but apply more near the lash line and the middle of your lid. 2nd take your crease brush and apply the brown eyeshadow to the crease of your eye, apply more towards the corner of your eye like the picture. 3rd apply the brown eyeliner from the bottom corner of your eye into the lash line, apply more at the corner and fade into the lashes. 4th, take your white shadow and apply it from where your brown eyeshadow ends to your eyebrow. 5th, Use the black mascara on the upper and lower lashes. Be sure to use more on the top lashes then the bottom lashes.

*Make sure you have your photo with you while following these directions for the first time. This will insure better accuracy for your makeup.

Enjoy :D
Well you will need a black mascara something like this:http://www.clinique.com/product/CATEGORY鈥?/a>

In a black brown

I like this brand of mascara because it doesn't clump, also you won't need a primer because the lashes aren't incredibly long.

Next you will need a white or cream shadow to act as a base, I fond that brightly colored shadows need a base. You can find that cream color any were.

The green will be best at MAC, they have any color you could ever ask for:http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/spp.鈥?/a> I think one off would be the best, but going to the MAC counter would be the best idea.

You will need to use your cream base just once to even our your lid color, then with a eyeshadow brush apply. It doesn't look like it would be hard to do, but theres was very clean cut so make sure that everything is even. A thin line of a brownish black eyeliner very lightly will need to be apply ed and once you are satisfied apply your mascara to the desiserd lenghth. I hope I was a form of help (:
You need 2 different colors of eyeshadow. Put what ever color at the bottom just the bottom. Then you put the other at the top with a little eye liner at the lower part of your eye.

something along this line I guess
