That's a gray semi-smokey eye.


Here's how to do it:





Line all around the eyes with a soft grey eyeliner (Boujois is good)


Sweep a matte or shimmery grey eyeshadow all over your lid and a little on your bottom lash-line at the outer corner. (lots of brands make nice ones)


Apply a darker grey eyeshadow along the crease of your eye and all over your outer corner.


Finish it off with a volume boosting mascara (like Maybelline Turbo Boost in waterproof)Description of eye makeup in the following picture!?
cat eyes. the makeup is really soft so they probalbly used a light pencil eyeliner and a thin layer of eyeshadow underneath the eye and a thick layer on top. the eye shadow is extended and would have looked better if the top lash line was extended more too.
