Beauty and hair tips for hot damp weather?

im going to flordia this summer and i was wonderin if anyone has any hair and makeup tips that will last the whole day(hair not frizzy in the moist air or non smuge makeup,things like that) any help appreciated!Beauty and hair tips for hot damp weather?
You can buy a waterproofer from bare escentuals that is designed for eyeliner but can be used with eyeshadow close to the lashes, too. Waterproof mascara isn't necessary unless you're actually getting in and out of water...





If you are thinking about hanging out at the pool or beach, think about using the heat/ humidity to your advantage and get a heavy conditioner to pull through your hair and get a ';deep conditioning'; while you're at it.





I also like using a tinted lip balm with spf 15 : ) That way it's not overdone but you still feel a little colour and you're protected, too!

wear waterproof mascara and/or eyeliner so you don't get raccoon eyes, and keep the makeup to a minimum in general. there is nothing more gross than a greasy faced girl in full drag queen makeup in the middle of summer..with it melting all over *shudder*





when you shower, rinse your hair with cold water to seal the hair cuticle (that's basically what anti-frizz products do except they contain silicone, and that ends up weighing your hair down). it should prevent frizz a somewhat. but the most important thing you could do is make sure you get a good layered haircut. blunt cuts get weighed down and tend to puff up more.
The best thing you can do to your hair in humid weather is just let it do its own thing. Keep it casual. Don't try to curl/straighten it, unless you're going out to dinner or something like that. Work with your hair's natural body or wave, and keep it pinned up or in a ponytail to keep you cool during the heat. If you have curly hair or even wavy hair, rejoice! The heat and humidity will work in your favour. You can get balms or creams that will lock in the curl, and you just run it through your hair after you wash it. They will keep you from getting frizzy, but you will stay curly or wavy. Garnier and Aussie make really good products.
no face foundation and wear your hair in a pony tail.
use Revlons 3 day mascara- waterproof will give you black eyes, use the 12 hour make up too. Slick your hair back if short, and wear a pony tail or french braid if it is long. I have been there to visit family- it is humid and hot.
