Hi! You are so pretty..you don't need makeup!

EYELINER:

Apply the liner right above the eyelash line on your top lids..kinda on it so it doesn't look hookerish!

Bottom lids: Apply on the lash line(NOT ON YOUR LID) this will also make your eyes look bigger!

EYESHADOW:

Apply a highlighter color (soft white/neutral color) under your brow

Apply a light color on your lid and the same color family but darker on the crease/and a quarter to half of your lid.... try some browns for your eye color..brown also makes you eyes look fresher..

FOUNDATION:

you want it to match your skin tone so when you go to buy foundation they usually have a card attached to the poles(or whatever they're called) that have half a clear card(put your hand under it) and foundation colors to match it next to the clear part!

HOPE THIS HELPS!
you look naturally pretty. but i understand just wanting to wear make up for the heck of it.

EYES-

you need some subtle bronze or brownish eye shadow.

brown eye liner. and remember you don't have to use it on the bottom of your eye. if you use it at the top it actually makes your eyes look bigger.

some mascara.

try getting Clean Makup by Covergirl. I have it and i use Ivory. Its REALLY good at covering up red spots, and evening out skin tone. you just take a LITTLE bit on you finger, and smooth it in. not hard.

but if you have zits get the Compressed Powder too, and put some of that on your zits. if you have zits get the green compressed powder compact. doesnt make you get more zits.

I got the Clean Makeup and the (Green) compressed powder, for about 11 bucks.
Wow, I must say you are really pretty. I dont quite understand why you would need make up since you're already really attractive. But if you are interested I have some of my topmost favorite make up artists from youtube:

Is that you without make up??

Honestly, if it is you don't need any make up. You look great without it. But let me see if I can find you some good sites anyway.

^^ Long but got lots of good info
Well, whatever you're wearing in the picture works for you. So, do that. If it's natural, then be natural.
if u wear a cranberry color eyeshadow on the inner part of ur eyelids and then blend it back into whatever other color eyeshadow ur wearing and it will make the green in ur eyes really pop
I'm 13 too, but you can still wear a little makeup so you dazzle! Haha :D As far as tutorials go, I watch a lot of videos on YouTube when I'm bored. You can just type in ';makeup tricks'; or ';makeup ideas';, or whatever you are looking for. But one person who makes amazing videos that I would totally recommend is http://www.youtube.com/user/fafinettex3

I also like this user- http://www.youtube.com/user/MichellePhan

she has great tips and tricks and so many cute ideas! the only thing is she's a little older than us, so some looks are a bit too much, but there are some cute subtle ones too! Also, some of the makeup she uses is a little expensive. I don't know about you, but I don't like paying $20 for a little lipgloss. Instead, go to Walgreens or whatever, and buy something cheaper, but that is inspired by her video or a magazine page or something! make it your own (:

For our age, you don't want to go for too much, or you'll end up looking like a clown. I would highlight one feauture, plus since you have fair skin and hazel eyes (like me!!) you don't want to overpower your look.

Eyes-Wise : I think greens, light pinks, dark browns, and purples look great with hazel eyes. I personally don't like eyeshadow, so instead I just use some eyeliner. Instead of the usual black, jazz it up with one of these colors, so it's not super harsh. I also sometimes put a little vaseline on my eyelid for an added shine, plus it keeps makeup fresh. Just be careful not to put it to close to your lashline, you don't wanna irritate your eyes, so test it out before. And don't use too much!! I also just like a little irradescent shimmer powder on my eyes, make sure it's made for your eyes as not to damage them!! If you're gonna use eyeshadows, the basic rule is, use the darker stuff on the bottom, and as you go up go lighter. I've seen some people with colors on each half of their eye, it's really IN but a bit too oldish for me. It's easier if you go on Youtube and just look up tutorials.

Lips- At our age, lipstick is not too great. Maybe it's different at your school, but I think you need to be a little older to wear it. Instead go for a cute lipgloss. Stay away from lippencils and liners too. I apply a little chapstick (like 2 bucks) on my lips to soften them right before I apply lipgloss. I personally like ';fyi it shines'; lipgloss, you can get it online. It's semi-pricey at 10 bucks, but it smells great, and I love it soo much! Plus the tube is cute :)

Face/Cheeks: Since you said you have rosy cheeks, I'd stay away from blush. It might make you look too red and ruddy. Since we're still young, you don't have to use foundation every day. Just a bit of foundation on zits and where it's needed, then apply some coverup, and a yellowish tinted powder. I like a little bronzer as well. I apply it with a big brush, not the tiny brush the bronzer comes with. I feel that when I use the tiny brush, it concentrates the stuff more so I get super orange, which is NOT CUTE!

Good luck and I hope I could help you a lot!
your 13 u don't need make up

and u look pretti!
