I'm a fan of a really light shimmer on the whole lid, gray-ish black powder in the crease and black liner more heavily around top and a little bit on bottom.





For the top eyeliner, make it thin at the center of your eye and thicker towards the outside...





I always get compliments on it.
do a dark blue near the lash line and a light blue on the rest of the lid then a shimmerish eggplant purple on top of the light blue.





do eyeliner only on the bottom lash line for the top lash line theres already the dark blue (the new trend!)





do mascara heavyily on the top lashes and lightly on the bottom.
A light blue shadow , and a cat eye.

Cover your eyeball in a strong matt eye shadow. Do a couple of layers for strength then carefully press a complimentary dazzle dust or loose shimmer on top. fab! A black liquid liner and false lashes, neutral lips and your set!
