okay this is how i would go about this:


moisturize


get a good base and use it (such as urban decay eye primer potion)


use some talc powder on top of your base after its dried


get some eyeliner and do a thin line on your top lid, really dark


next fill in the rest of your eyelid with easily soft smudged black eyeliner


use a dark black eyeshadow to fill in the gap under neath your bone that your eyebrow is on, to create a shadow


use another thin black line on your lower waterline and then smudge it to your lash line


get you black eyeshadow and thicken the line a bit, smudging it a little.


i would finnish this look by curling your eyelashes and using volumising mascara and then use some shimmer dust over your lids!

ohkay, here's step by step.





1. start out with an eye liner pencil on your bottom, and do it kind of thick.


then using the smudge tool on most pencils, smudge it down a lot.


do this a couple of tiems until it's dark enoguh to how you want it.





2. using the same eye liner pencil, do step 1 to your top eye lashes.





3. using liquid eyeliner, go over it on the top, so it looks extra dark and helps it stick better.





4. lastly, using dark eyeshadow to get that ';smokey'; look that's on the top.
i always use that look ok what you do is get a dark brown or black eye shadow then put it on your eyelids then using your finger smudge a lil below your eyebrow use eyeliner (black) on bottom heavily and on top lightly then smudge a lil grey below your bottom eyelashes for more intensity

doesnt look hard tho just put black all over your eye and make it look a bit smudgy
lots of eyeliner! i would suggest liquid for the top and bottom.also buty dark eyeshadows.hope i helped!!pls vote me as best!
Just draw the pencil around your eyes really thickly and take it up to a diagonal point at the outside your eyesbrows!!
you just put a whole bunch on until you can barley see........ then you ll look cool.... lol
