Love this smokey eye makeup but not sure how to do it


had an attempt yesterday but i turned out too gothic.





any tips/help?

Use a dark shimmery copper eyeshadow on your lids and swipe a lighter shimmery copper on your browbone. Blend the line where the two colors meet.


Use a black liquid eyeliner to line the top of your lids and a pencil liner for the bottom. Slightly smudge the bottom liner with a smudger, cotton swab, or your finger.


Coat your eyelashes with black mascara, or add fake eyelashes if you want.

I love Youtube tutorials for make up tips. Kuuipo is my favorite, because she normally uses 2-3 colors to get a look and she does everything in real time. All she uses are 2 colors, black eyeliner and a brush to smudge the eyeliner. Put Urban decay smog (or any color color you like) on your lower lid and brow bone, apply a highlight color (MAC vanilla or any light shimmery or cream color) right below your eyebrow and blend the 2 together. Line your eye with a black liner and smudge with a smudger or a q-tip. And you're done.
use a Kh么l, the famous brand mark guerlain do that or your can find it cheaper in any arab shops. its a small bottle with a stick and a black powder that you use for the inside of eyes, that's what makes you a mysterious look. then use an eyeliner and a bit of black eyeshadow but only in the edge of the eyelid then some brown eyeshadow all over the eyelid . and loads of mascara.
Line your eyes in black liquid eyeliner (tricky at first but you will get the hang of it) then use a smokey/charcoal eyeshadow very sparingly and smudge around the outer corners. I promise with practise you will get the hang of it, but the trick is to only use a small amount to start with then build it up and blend well. Good Luck xx

its more neutral and easy to wear to school without looking over taken by black makeup! lol
uhm okay.


get like a little bit darker eyeshadow and put it on.


then make your top eyeliner kind of bold and dark.


not that thick or big.


then the same with your bottom eyeliner but less.

Hm...thats very intense eye liner. just put eye liner all around the eye, not alot, dont cake it xP make sure its close to the eye line
When you put on dark eye shadow, rub over it with your finger to make it look smokey.
if your putting dark eye shadow then perhaps try putting white powder on top or just blusher! =)
