white eye shadow all around the eye


then black eye liner on the inside of the eyelid


of the top all the way completely accross the top


then a thick layer on the outer part of the eyelid


but going only from the start to end


of your eyelashes


and you will probably want to use pencil


to make the lines


then go over it again with liquid to give it


an even more intence color


on the outside of the bottom lashes


below the bottom eyelashes put a little more eyeliner


and smudge it a little with a smude brush


or just your finger


then put on mascara


i would recommend a couple coats or


maybelline colossal lashes


but if that doesnt gte them as big as you want


you can use some fake lashes


you may want to top it off


with just a bit more white eye shadow on top

lots of eyeliner on the top all the way across and a short line of eyeliner on the bottom outer corner of the eye. the mascara on both the top and bottom eyelashes
Coat your lashes in mascara about 3-4 times. Then do the bottom set of lashes about 2-3 times. :]





Then, on the top, use some liquid eyeliner. About the width of a centimeter.
