Eye makeup help for prom (pictures included)......?

i need help choosing what kind of eye makeup i should do for prom.. my prom dress is pink and i am black..so would pink eyshadow even look good with my skin?? i need some adviceee

I think it would look good, like if you used black eyeliner and mascara too, but I also think that maybe a smokey eye and some pink blush (in a gel or cream form) would look really good, or if you had a hot pink lipstick :DEye makeup help for prom (pictures included)......?
I think pink might be a little bright with your skin tone. Possibly a lavender....
