How can i do this eye makeup? (pictures attached)?

im going to be a debutant, and i want my eye makeup exactly like this and please give pictures of similar eye makeup?

Well, here's what I would use......





First, apply a powder over your eyelids, to ensure that the shadow will stay. Then, line the inside of your top and bottom lids, (with a black kohl liner pencil). Then, for extra drama, add a smudged line of black (or gray) kohl pencil to your top and bottom lash line. Finish off with black mascara (with volume). Then, keep the rest of your look neutral. this is more of ';emo and scene makeup';....i suggest that you dont like put on soooo much mascara and eyeliner if ur just starting...unless you want to be a scene or an emo
