Please give me beauty tip on hair, skin and just being healthy!!!?!??!?

Remember that food is a fuel... don't intake more than ur body can burn... u can lose weight by reducing ur calorie intake to average 1000 calories less than ur bodies average calorie burning capacity. therefore, say, based on ur lifestyle if u burn an average of 2600 calories a day reducing ur calorie intake by 500 calories will cause u to lose weight at an average of 1 lb every 2 days. The same goes for maintaining weight and gaining weight. you should never reduce more than 500-1000 calories for safety reasons. ur doctor can help u with figuring out ur average intake.... and there's ur health tip! Please give me beauty tip on hair, skin and just being healthy!!!?!??!?
Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol, Eat a well balanced healthy diet, full of the right fats, protein, vegetables and fruits for vitamins, get plenty of sleep and a good amount of exercise in the fresh air and you will be beautiful! Please give me beauty tip on hair, skin and just being healthy!!!?!??!?
Eat lots of fruit and veggies whole grains and beans and not so much dairy and meat.
Drink plenty of water, exercise, keep healthy relationships, take a multi-vitamin and clean your colon at least once every six months (naturally of course) For overall well being, purchase a juicer and juice away. It's a great overall additive for a healthy regimen (mind, body and spirit)
Don't over process your hair. Wash your hair every 3 days. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!!!!! Use hand, and body lotion all the time. Easy as that.
to keep your hair healthy, use shampoo and conditioner specialized for your hair type. if you have dry skin use miracle cream every night and every morning. before and after you take a shower except if you're applying makeup. use acne stuff under your face mosturizer. to keep healthy daily, drink emergen-c drinks. yum. and take daily vitamin c pills.
I put oil oil in my hair sometimes to help it stay soft. Its an old Mediterraneans trick. If it gets too oily, do it at night when you hair is damp and wash it out in the morning.
hair - wash your hair every other day if it's dry. If it's oily, wash it every night. For both situations, keep the conditioner in for about 5 minutes and then rinse it out in cold water.

skin - for acne, use clean and clear. Proactiv works, but it is very strong for any skin type. Use lotion all the time. For oily skin, buy the tissues that get rid of oil and you can carry it in your purse.

overall health - don't eat too much junk food! I know it's hard (I'm a chocoholic myself!) But add fruits and vegetables and lots of milk and orange juice. Water is also essential.

It takes time for any of this to work. So be patient and consistent!
