so i have like lightish brown hair and turqiosey blue eyes but they can sometimes change it a really pretty light blue. and i have like a lil bit of acne nawt to much. i hate my eye brows but i cant really get them done and im afraid if i pluck them all be able to get one brow done and not the other. so what are some cheap but good makeup and dye colors for my hair. i want to try to look really good this summer :]

Take some time and get your brows done professionally and then all you'll have is maintenance on them. It's worth the money.


Blonde Highlights for your hair would be cool especially with pretty blue eyes. Keep your hair light brown - don't go darker. Light brown hair is a really pretty summery color. Maybe you can get some soft blond highlights or peekaboo's. As for makeup, you're lucky. Blue eyes are a really gorgeous color. I suggest wearing a mineral foundation, especially if you'll be outside a lot. (don't forget sunscreen!) Then keep it simple. Maybe a bit of blush and some mascara. Summer is the perfect time to experiment, so have fun!
for light blue eyes, try dark eyeshadow, like brown.


and also try to blend two different colors of brown.


try eyeliner on the bottom and top





for your acne, liquid foundation and powder over.





for your eyebrows, pluck them, but not too much.


if you mess up, and they look uneven, fill it in with brown pencil.





if your blond keep it that way. you could make it a little darker and add highlights or something. but don't change it too much.
maybe some, highlights..blonde or dark brown. and make-up..just buy some eye shawdows and test them and some eye liner wouldnt hurt :D
k, the hair, leave it alone. if you must! just mix peroxide and lemon juice spray it on and go sit in the sun.


as for the acne, have you tried proactive, cuz seriously, it worked for me, no lie.


for make-up, i stick with lighter browns and some rose for my crease, a light rose, or white for the under brow, i swipe gold or bronze shadow above the top lash line i use it like a liner, and then just on the outsides of the top lash line i sometimes use a darker brown, or a bright color shadow to give a smoky effect that coordinates with my outfit ( this is a fun way to experiment with color without looking like a freak show.. the only place i use liner is in the corners, a brown mascara is best for blue eyes, and a sheer lip goes well with dramatic eyes.


as far as the eyebrows go, they are actually the most important part of you face so tryust me when i tell you, go get them done!~!!!!!! go go go. if its because you don't want them waxed, call around and see if anyone does sugaring, its great, or just ask the girl to pluck them for you. she probably will.
